There are two possibilities: 1. Due to low self-esteem you perceive this as happening more often than it really does. 2. There is an actual problem (body odour due to bad hygiene; taking a lot of space due to being overweight; creepy or awkward behaviour, facial expressions that make people uneasy due to perceiving you as pervy, inappropriate or unstable; large muscles that could make you look like a potential threat, etc - take your pick). If the second case is correct, then you will have to improve for this not to happen - that's the only solution.
